Family of Funds

The Boulder Junction Community Foundation, an affiliate of The Community Foundation of North Central Wisconsin, ensures professional management and provides several meaningful ways to give through our Family of Funds. While navigating the world of philanthropy, we want to make it simple for you to find and support a cause you love.

Our Core Funds

Boulder Junction Endowment Fund: This fund allows you to invest in the long-term future of our community. Held in perpetuity, the earnings are used to benefit local charitable causes. Grants are awarded bi-annually to enhance Boulder Junction for present and future generations.

Greatest Needs Fund: This fund addresses ever-changing community needs, including those not yet anticipated. We evaluate all aspects of well-being—from arts and culture to economic development and health services—allowing our experts to respond to the community’s most pressing needs.

Town of Boulder Junction Bike Trail Maintenance Fund: For those with a heart for the outdoors, this fund ensures our trail system remains in the best condition possible for local riders and visitors alike.

Town of Boulder Junction Parks and Recreation Maintenance Fund: Support our local amenities, including the disc golf course, playground, ballpark, and Winter Park—home to our famous ice-skating ribbon, “The Glide.”

Boulder Junction Christmas Scholarship Fund: We are proud to partner with the community’s oldest ongoing philanthropic endeavor to provide scholarships for post-secondary Boulder Junction students. Families can access the scholarship application here.
